This site is run for Watkins MHC by Watkins MHC, LLC. Here’s what happens with what you send us.

What we collect

When you fill out the visit form, we receive your first name, your email and your phone number (the form asks for both so we can reach you by call or email), plus anything else you choose to add: where your home would come from, and whether you agreed to text messages or asked for the newsletter. We use it only to reply to you about Watkins MHC, plus the newsletter if you ticked that box.

The payment calculator runs entirely in your browser. Numbers you type into it are not sent to us.

The newsletter

If you sign up for news by email, or tick the optional newsletter box on the visit form (it starts unchecked), we receive your email address, phone number and, if you give it, your first name. The signup asks for both an email and a phone number. Your visit request goes through the same way whether or not you tick the newsletter box. We keep them with Loops (loops.so), the service that sends our emails, and use them only for the newsletter and to answer you if you write back. The newsletter signup never sends text messages, and every email has an unsubscribe link. The welcome email suggests one product for the home. That link goes to a shop page that links to Amazon, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Text messages

We text you only if you check the optional text-message box on the form. We record when you agreed and the wording you agreed to. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of visiting, applying or buying.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It uses cookies and does not receive what you type into forms.

The residency application

The application is completed on a secure online form run by our property-management software provider. Its own privacy terms apply there.
